When we ship to you or per your directions to another person, you agree to pay the shipping shown on this Site when your order is placed. We reserve the right to change pricing from time to time without prior notice, so you agree to check all charges before placing an order. Any shipping may or may not reflect actual costs.

Only valid credit cards or PayPal are accepted payment methods. THERE IS NO SURCHARGE ON USING YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR PURCHASES. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or PayPal account and authorize us to charge your order (including shipping cost) to that card or PayPal account. If the card or paypal account cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. jusntyme.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your

order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. We will notify you promptly if any items in your order are out of stock. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products

We strive to have all products in stock and available to ship same day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that

are out-of-stock. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Shipping Policy

All shipping costs are prepay and add only. We do NOT offer shipping collect or third party.
We do not drop ship.
We do not drop ship to exporters or Logistics companies.
We do not drop ship outside the US.
We have the option to cancel your order if the address provided for shipping is deemed invalid.

Any special handling requests are subject to a $10.00 fee.

Most orders will ship the same business day, provided the product ordered is in stock and within our shipping window.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

UPS Service - Shipping Window -Orders placed by 10 am, MST (Mountain Standard Time) will ship on that day for items in stock (See Ordering Policy and Conditions)

Fedex Service - Shipping Window -Orders placed by 10 am, MST (Mountain Standard Time) will ship on that day for items in stock (See Ordering Policy and Conditions)

USPS Service - Shipping Window -Orders placed by 10 am, MST (Mountain Standard Time) will ship on that day for items in stock (See Ordering Policy and Conditions)

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. We are not responsible for transit delays due to weather or other unforeseen events.

Damaged package by carrier

In the event that your box arrives crushed from shipping, Do NOT open it - Contact us promptly at sales@jusntyme.com. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your box to report damage.

Upon return of the unopened damaged box to us, we will fully examine your items and notify you via e-mail with the status of your replacement.

Error on order

If you receive an item(s) that is incorrect please contact us promptly at sales@jusntyme.com with details of the shipping error. We do not accept returns on items you placed in error.

Returned package by carrier

UPS, Fedex, and USPS delivery problem (ie invalid address provided) or Your refusal of your package for any reason

The following deductions will be taken from your original purchase payment.

-Original shipping cost

-return shipping cost and fees

-a restocking fee of 30% on product cost

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please be advised that All import/export duties, taxes and fees are the customer's (your) responsibility and will be collected by the carrier at time of delivery.

Product Function Disclaimer

Our scrapers and spreaders functions:

Our Scrapers are designed to be used in the removal of sealant, decals (stickers),

gaskets, tape, etc.

Our Spreaders are designed to be used to spread sealant, caulking, glue, etc.

Our Scrapers and spreaders ares NOT Meant for structural use on aircraft and should be removed, from aircraft, once their functions have been completed to prevent FOD.

We are not responsible for damage to surfaces. We strongly advise the disposal of our scrapers and spreaders when they have chipped, dulled and/or broken.

They are considered disposable tools. Please dispose of used scrapers and spreaders in a responsible manner.

We are not liable for injury or damage caused by our scraper and spreader products.

CAUTION IS ADVISED WHEN USING:

Please keep our products out of the reach of children.

All Scrapers are sharp and can cause harm to the individual when used.

We strongly suggest wearing gloves and eye protection when using our scrapers and spreaders

Disclaimer:

• Disclaimer: The use of gloves and eye protection are strongly recommended, tips are sharp and may cause harm to the individual if used improperly. We advise working with our scrapers over a rubber mat to lessen the damage to the scraper tip if dropped.
• This tool is to be used for maintenance purposes only.
• This is NOT meant for structural use.
• We are not responsible for damage to surfaces caused by misuse of our scraper. We advise the disposal and or repair of our scrapers when it has chipped, dulled and/or broken. We are not liable for alterations made to our scraper.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. Please note that most orders ship same business day and will not be subject to cancellation.
